Vegan Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe

  • 1 -14ounce can full fat coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  1. Bring the coconut milk to a boil then add the sugar and reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the mixture reduces down to 1 cup and is thickened.
  2. It will get thicker as it cools
