Vegan Buttercream Recipe ~ Mocha Buttercream

Serves: 8 cups
  1. Prepare the buttercream recipe of your choice as per the instructions on that blog post
  2. Combine the instant coffee & cocoa powder together and then add the hot water
  3. Whisk smooth
  4. Add the COOLED coffee paste at the last stage of mixing your buttercream recipe.
  5. Mix well
Mocha Buttercream will be stored the same as your recipe for buttercream.

Typically 3-4 days at room temperature but for longer safer storage always keep buttercream refrigerated for up to 1 month

Freeze for up to 2 months
