Love your explanation. My Husband and I have been vegetarians for approximately 30 years. I have to say that I am having difficulty in transferring to a plant based diet but you certainly inspire 🙂

Hi Gretchen I’m a big fan since I started baking I watch your tutorial it helps me a lot.. I’m using your SMBC it was awesome it never fails me.. I have recently been learning the benefits of a vegan diet and I plan on changing my diet and what I cook at home for my family.
I’d love to see breakfast, lunch and especially dinner recipes for a vegan diet!

Hi Gretchen, I use to watch you in your old bakery, now I became a member of your vegan bakery her is my story, my family, husband,daughter and l we all became vegan on July 17,2017 and what a difference it made in our life. We switched for a health reason after the diagnosis of my husbands cancer. It is the best decision we have ever made for our health. I am going to amazon to order you book please keep on posting your creations it looks delicious. TY
