Otherwise just add some almond flourcoconut flour or more oat flour so it’s not super sticky
Instructions
Combine everything together in a food processor to a sticky but scoopable paste, don't process so much that you can't see the carrots~ you want everything to still be recognizable
Alternatively you can mix everything by hand, but the raisins or dates much be chopped so fine that it starts to get pasty as this is the main binder in the recipe
Scoop the mixture and then roll them into perfect balls and then roll them into unsweetened coconut
