Don’t hate on my cream to brownie ratio~ I know it’s off the charts!
But believe me you’ll agree once you taste these Vegan Creme de Menthe Brownies

I’ll admit I thought I went overboard with the amount of cream but after my first bite I know it’s perfect!

My best fudge brownies recipe and super easy American buttercream all jacked up with Creme de Menthe!
OliveNation has a creme de menthe flavoring that is non alcoholic *not sponsored
Otherwise you can absolutely use the real deal for an adult dessert with a pinch of alcohol!

Ganache icing is optional but a thin layer gives these Vegan Creme de Menthe Brownies a touch more elegance!
Sprinkles are really cute too!

Start with 1 Tablespoon and see how you like it! Then add more from there if you want more!

Feel free to use your favorite brownie recipe if it is not mine 🙁
And I also have a box brownie hack for the most perfect vegan brownies ever!
The brownie recipe I am using will be great for an 8″ x 8″ cake pan

Vegan Creme de Menthe Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 Recipe Fudge Brownies
- ½ Recipe American Buttercream
- 1 -2 Tablespoon Creme de Menthe flavor
- OR 2 teaspoons Mint Extract

- Sprinkles optional
- Green Food Color *optional
Instructions
- First prepare fudge brownie as per the instructions on that recipe post but you will be baking the brownies in an 8" x 8" square pan instead
- While they are baking prepare the buttercream recipe, this is going to give you slightly more than you need to ice an 8" x 8" square brownie, but just use as much as you like & freeze or refrigerate the rest for later
- Add the creme de menthe flavoring to the buttercream at the last stage of mixing along with the optional green food coloring
- Make the ganache recipe while the brownies are cooling
- Ice the cooled brownies with the creme de menthe buttercream, refrigerate to set the buttercream to cold and then pour the warm (not hot!) ganache over top

I have only one thing to say: Why the heck didn´t you make a video out of it. I f´´´cking love everything mint
Hi Felicitas! Life’s been kicking me around a lot lately and the video production consumes average 3 full days from start to final production and it just isn’t possible anymore. Especially when *sadly I make on average $5 per video – you do the math! The video segment of this “business” is no longer feasible!
