As I explain in the video I regret using EnerG Egg Replacer so heavily as I did in this cookbook.
Back in 2016-2017 when I wrote this book there were very few options for egg replacers on the market other than that one and the very new Vegan Egg by Follow Your Heart
Since the publication of my cookbook I have gone back to more natural egg replacers like flax paste and no egg replacers at all!
You will see this reflected in the updated recipes that follow
However each individual recipe has a Notes for Success section as well as ingredient substitutions
